Phone Chair Duties

General Duties
• Contact all members announcing upcoming meetings and events 3 days - a week before the event.
• Inform the members on the date, time, location and if they need to bring anything to the meeting.
• Attend Officers meetings in order to know what is upcoming.
• If unable to attend officers meeting, contact the President and get updated.
• Keep an updated roster of all members and leaders

This position will be rotating this year unless we have a member that would like to volunteer and make it their own.  Contact Kelly if you would like to volunteer.
